Stephen's Bio:
Stephen Francis was born in Oxford, England and moved to the US as a young man to pursue a career in the performing arts. After many years as an award-winning actor and director, he discovered the world of personal development. Having trained and mentored with some of the most brilliant leaders in this field, he now devotes his life to sharing the same tools and wisdom that continue to transform his relationships and enrich his life. In addition to Love Life Now, the seminar venture he runs with his wife Sonja, Stephen has led trainings for corporate clients, including JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank and UBS Investment Bank.
Sonja Francis was born in Vienna, Austria and starting in her teens, has traveled all over the world as a professional model. Since 1994 Sonja has been based out of New York City were she also pursued a career as an actress. A lifelong interest in the dynamics of personal relationships together with a crises in her own marriage put Sonja on a personal development path that lead eventually to the establishment of Love Life Now, the seminar company she co-founded with her husband Stephen. Her passion is connecting with people and helping them transform their lives through awareness and compassion.
Who We Are
Stephen and Sonja Francis:
We are a married couple living in New York City. We have been a couple for nearly 10 years now. We created Love Life Now in October of 2oo7 as a vehicle to share tools and wisdom with other couples and singles looking for a joyous, long-term relationship. In just that short period of time we have helped dozens of couples and many singles to improve their relationship skills with concrete results. We understand first hand the struggles that can come up in long-term relationships. Early in our marriage we faced some major struggles. This led us to find world-class tools that would help us resolve conflict and recapture the early joy and intimacy of our relationship.

Our mission is to transform your relationship, leaving you with joy, peace and juicy intimacy. To achieve this, we provide experiential trainings that take place in an energizing, inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere; highly effective, yet gentle coaching and other media. We never pretend to be perfect; we seek always to express our deepest shared values and our own true experiences in our relationship. Whether we are presenting as a couple, or teamed with renowned experts, our aim is to always fulfill our vision.
